Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Parrish Design ("I", "me") collects when you visit this site or send a form, what it is used for, and the choices you have. Questions can go to tristan@parrishdesign.com.
What I collect
Information you send
When you request a proposal or a website audit, the form collects:
- Your name and email address
- Your website address, if you provide one
- Anything you write about your business or project
Information sent with the form
To understand which advertising leads to enquiries, the form also sends the page you were on, the page you first arrived at, the site that referred you, and any advertising identifiers or campaign tags that were in the address when you arrived (for example a Google click ID). These are kept in your browser's session storage while the tab is open and are cleared when you close it.
Information collected automatically
This site loads Google's tag, which runs Google Ads conversion tracking and Google Analytics. It may set cookies and collect information such as your IP address, device and browser type, general location, how you arrived, and the pages you view.
The forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person. To do that it processes signals from your browser and your IP address.
How it is used
- To reply to your request and provide the services you ask about
- To measure the results of advertising and understand how the site is used
- To protect the forms from spam and automated abuse
- To meet legal or contractual obligations
I do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Who it is shared with
Information is shared only with the providers that make the site work, and only as needed for that purpose:
- Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the Turnstile spam check. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Resend delivers form submissions to me by email, and sends you a confirmation.
- Google provides advertising measurement and analytics. See Google's privacy policy. You can control how Google uses your data for ads in your Google Ad Settings.
Information may also be disclosed where the law requires it.
How long it is kept
Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of the conversation, and longer if you become a client. You can ask me to delete them at any time.
Your choices
- You can ask for a copy of the information I hold about you, or ask me to correct or delete it, by emailing tristan@parrishdesign.com.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law. I will honor any request that applies.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
